Cancellation Policy

We do our best to respect your time so we ask that you do that same for us.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Appointment Policy

Appointments are highly recommended in order to better ensure staff availability. To schedule an appointment, call us or book online by creating an account. The more time we are given in advance, the more likely we will be able to accommodate your date request.

Walk-In Policy

We welcome Walk-ins and same-day appointments, however we may not have time available.  We will make every effort to accommodate you by checking all location or schedule you for another day.

Late Policy

If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to provide the service booked.  The stylist may have to make adjustments to the service to stay on time for other clients.

No-Show Policy

We are all about second chances, however if you no show your appointment 2 times, you will be asked to provide a credit card to book your appointment and will be charged if you do no not show up.  We hate doing this so please just let us know if you can’t make it.

Inclement Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, closures will be updated on voicemail and on our Facebook page. Should inclement weather be a possibility, please check these sources before your appointment time to ensure we will be open for business. We will do our best to contact each client if this occurs.

Discount Policy

No discounts will be given on services already discounted. Membership services and series are given at a discounted rate.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift certificates are available for purchase at any of our salons, over the phone or online. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Refunds/Guarantee Policy

No refunds will be given on retail products or services. If you are not happy with a product you are welcome to exchange it within 5 days of purchase. 
We guarantee our services and are happy to assist in anything that you feel is not as requested.  We guarantee our work and will make it right by fixing whatever you are not happy with.  Our gel polish has a 7 day guarantee against chips.  Just give us call and we will get you booked at no charge.  If you pick your polish off due to a chip, we will not guarantee the manicure.  Please let us know if you have any problems within the first week and we will take care of you. We do not guarantee little diva gel manicures due to the nails beds often being oily; gel polish does not always last on little ones like it does adults.

We happily accept cash, and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
