Do I need a membership to come to A Perfect 10 Nail & Beauty Bar?

Not at all! Anyone is welcome to enjoy A Perfect 10 Nail & Beauty Bar. We pride ourselves in providing you with a unique experience.

Can I choose the services I receive every month?

Yes, you get to choose any two services valued at $35 each. For example: one month you can get two gel manis and the next month you might want a gel mani and a classic pedi. Mix it up however you like.

What if I want to upgrade a service?

If you would like a premium service worth more than $35, you simply pay the difference.

​

Is tip included in my membership fee?

Tips are not included in your membership fee. Tipping is always up to you.  Our recommendation is 15-20%.

Once my benefits are used, am I still eligible for service discounts?

Yes, you are! You will receive member pricing on all additional services and don’t forget, you also get 15% off drinks, free nail repair, and free removal with an application.

What if I don't use all my benefits in a given month?

The unused benefits roll over monthly and can be used at any time.

Can I share my benefits?

Benefits are for the members use only and cannot be shared due to the discounted price.

Can I freeze or suspend my membership if I need to?

Yes. Whatever the reason, you can freeze your membership up to 2 months with no charge. During that time, any accrued benefits are accessible and able to be used. After the freeze, you will be required to complete the length of the membership agreement to avoid any charges.

How do I cancel a membership?

Your membership will automatically renew unless you decide to cancel. If you need to cancel mid-term or choose not to renew, you will need to email the cancellation request to contactus@aperfect10nailbar.com. We will contact you regarding any fees that are due based upon the length of the agreement you have remaining. You will have 6 months upon cancellation to use any remaining accrued services.
