Dani's journey in the beauty industry began in 2011 after graduating from cosmetology school. Her first role at a small, locally owned nail salon in Rapid City gave her more than hands-on experience—it gave her a sense of family. That early influence shaped her approach to leadership and team culture: treating coworkers like family would become her hallmark.

Soon after, Dani joined A Perfect 10 Nail & Beauty Bar at its flagship location in Omaha. Her talent and dedication were quickly recognized, and just 10 months later she was promoted to manage the newly opened Rushmore Crossing location in Rapid City. Within six months, she was entrusted with training stylists for the first of 3 locations in Sioux Falls.

As the company expanded, Dani took on a key role in training both new hires and existing staff across multiple locations, leading continuing education and championing company values. Working side by side with the founder, she earned a leadership position overseeing operations across all salons, all while continuing to manage the Rushmore Crossing location.

In 2024, Dani proudly became the owner of all seven A Perfect 10 Nail & Beauty Bar salons in South Dakota. Her mission? To continue the legacy of clean, quality nail care focused on natural nails and performed by properly licensed professionals.
